Connecting two worlds in a unique event - wines from the best winery of 2017, a menu from a chef with 3 * Michelin experience, the winner of the Fine dining category in 2019 Gourmet Brno.
The entire menu will be served directly inside the cold cellar, in a captivating environment between barrels and wine bottles. You can choose from 3 time intervals with a limited number of places!
Chef Pavel Veltruský and his team will prepare a six-course tasting menu directly in the winery in the spirit of combining traditional and new cuisine.
Honza Stávek has prepared a pairing of wines for you, where you can taste wines from various production vintages, but also from tanks in one go. You can also look forward to almost unavailable wines such as SEXTA or BEZ, as well as other surprises that Honza is preparing.
